Budget comes up short by:
$1,965
Possible solutions to address Budget shortfall ($1,965)
- Implement dues collection ($100 annual per scout X19)
- Do additional fundraising activities
-
Some fundraising ideas
-
If so, should we establish
Individual Scout accounts
- 100%
HAI scholarship and
Campership participation (would reduce Boxwell fees by about $2,000)
- Increase fair contract amount from $4,200 to $6,165
- Scale back activities (reduce expenses proposed above)
- Ignore shortfall for now and use funds from bank account
(postpone problem until next year)
- Current checking account balance $1,429
Next topic: Fair fundraiser

- Review contract from last year & negotiate new
